With these changing and uncertain times through which we are currently living I've decided to continue my classes via zoom, so that I can be with you virtually whilst we cannot practice in person.
My weekly schedule will be as follows: (all UK times)
Monday 8pm - Women's Circle
Wednesday 8pm - Gentle Yoga
Sunday 10am - Yoga flow
All sessions will run on a donation basis although there is no obligation to donate if money is tight at the moment.
