About the event
Join me for a weekly workshop to help you ease anxiety, soothe stress and feel at peace in your body.
In our society we are bombarded with an overwhelming amount of information. We all have responsibilities and previous life experiences that create coping mechanisms in the system and nervous system patterning.
We may feel in a chronic state of stress, anxiety, or shut down - and end up using coping techniques to get us through the day.
When it comes to the nervous system, we are soothed with repetition. This course will guide you to a place of balance, giving you a felt experience of regulation.
Practicing each week rewires the brain to what is possible - as your body learns what it feels like to experience a state of ease and safety within. This then builds the tools and inner resources which allow you to self regulate in times of stress as you navigate the inevitable ups and downs of life.
Each week we'll connect you to your felt sense (your internal world) so that you may learn to feel safe, grounded and calm - allowing you to thrive, not just survive.
